Horses in Autumn

Sometimes you go out for one thing and get another. While scouting out vistas for some autumn landscapes I found this view and thought it would be a perfect spot once the color got more intense in a week or so. I was concentrating on blocking out the shot when these horses walked up the hill and in to the scene. They were not there the following week...or any other time I've gone back.
