Golden-Fronted Woodpecker

A woodpecker native to Mexico and Central Amerrica, I found this very pretty bird at Aransas National Wildlife Refuge in Texas. I knew I had never seen one before but did not realize just how rare it is outside of Texas and a small section of Oklahoma.
